Marie-Rose Simbizi brings 16+ years of progressive nursing leadership, including Director of Nursing roles at skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across Connecticut and Massachusetts. As Director of Care Services, she leads all client intake assessments, individualized care plan development, caregiver field supervision, and professional liaison with discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare facilities.

Her nursing background ensures every client referred to Connecticut Caring Companions receives a seamless, well-coordinated transition from facility to home. Together with founder Patrick R. Etienne, RN, her leadership makes the agency owned and operated by Registered Nurses.
